Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders over $200 receive complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays) from time of order, pending payment authorization and verification. We ship to all 50 states, with your choice of courier selectable at checkout.

    Orders outside the United States 

    For orders outside the United States, we recommend that you visit our regional sites for faster service: 

    International shipping: You may be charged customs fees upon the package reaching the destination country. You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

    We will not be held responsible for stolen, lost or missing packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping courier (UPS, DHL, and USPS).

    FREE EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS OVER $50 (United States only)

    If you aren't satisfied with your order, you can return the order for FREE and receive store credit within 30 days of receipt. If your item has been washed, worn or shows other obvious signs of use, your item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. If you opt for a credit card refund, $9.95 will be deducted to partially cover the return shipping cost. 

    RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

    If you are not 100% happy with the products you have received, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the criteria below. Please provide your order number and reason for return in your request.

    Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund in store credit, which will exclude the cost of postage. We are unable to accept goods that have been used or not in resaleable condition.

    If you think your AESTHETIC product has a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective, we will accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us here before returning any products back to us.

    Terms and conditions

    • All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with original tags and must be returned together with its original packaging.
    • Items that have been customised with heat-press vinyls are unable to be exchanged or refunded.
    • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s).
    • A shipping cost will be chargeable before dispatch of your exchanged item(s).
    • Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely so they are not damaged in-transit, and are sent with a traceable, insured postal service.
    • AESTHETIC will not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss occurred during the return shipment process.
    • All returned item(s) are subject to a quality inspection. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement if your product is not returned in the original condition it was received.
    • Sale, discounted and imperfect item(s) are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
    • You can opt to exchange the item(s) with another item(s) (subject to stocks availability), or to receive store credit for your return.
    • Product exchanges can only be done once per receipt.
    • Store credit issued will be based on the value that you paid for the item(s) (excluding the cost of postage).
    • Final sale, clearance, and promotional offers: No refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product has a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective.
    • Limited Edition Athlete Collaborations: No refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product has a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective.
    • Pre-order items are made-to-order. Any cancellations made during the order window are subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the full retail price. You will be refunded the balance in the form of store credit. No exceptions.
    • Our online store has a flexible return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If we notice any frequent or repetitive returns in violation of our terms and conditions, we may, at our discretion, take appropriate action, such as closing your account or declining future orders.
