USPS (U.S. Postal Service) — Holiday Cutoff Dates

For delivery by Christmas (Dec 25) within the contiguous U.S.:

These are recommended dates to ensure delivery by Christmas — actual delivery guarantees aren’t in effect during peak season (especially for standard services).  

Note: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories generally have deadlines at least 1 day earlier (e.g., Ground by Dec. 16).  

UPS (United Parcel Service) — Holiday Cutoff Dates

For delivery by Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) — because UPS normally delivers on Dec. 24 but not on Dec. 25 (Christmas Day):

UPS Ground delivery dates vary widely by origin/destination.

All orders over $200 receive complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays) from time of order, pending payment authorization and verification. We ship to all 50 states, with your choice of courier selectable at checkout.

    Orders outside the United States 

    For orders outside the United States, we recommend that you visit our regional sites for faster service: 

    International shipping: You may be charged customs fees upon the package reaching the destination country. You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

    We will not be held responsible for stolen, lost or missing packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping courier (UPS, DHL, and USPS).

    FREE EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS OVER $50 (US ONLY)

    If you aren't satisfied with your order, you can return the order for FREE and receive store credit within 14 days of receipt. If your item has been washed, worn or shows other obvious signs of use, your item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. If you opt for a credit card refund, $9.95 will be deducted to partially cover the return shipping cost. 

    RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

    We will gladly accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of purchase. You may choose to exchange the item, receive a refund or store credit. Outgoing shipping charges are not covered.

    To help us process your return quickly and smoothly, please ensure that all items are returned neatly folded, with original tags and packaging intact.

    Returns that arrive crumpled, missing tags, or without packaging may incur a small restocking fee.

    Please note, we’re unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or are otherwise not in their original condition. Restocking fees do not apply when items are returned in original, resalable condition.

    Final sale, clearance, and promotional offers: No refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product has a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective.

    Pre-order items are made-to-order items. Any cancellations made during the order window are subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the full retail price. You will be refunded the balance in the form of store credit. No exceptions.
